Blizzard has confirmed that it’s working on paid character customization in World of WarCraft. The question came up at a public presentation at Blizzcon. WoW Production Director J. Allen Brack was asked about a file hidden within The Lich King’s beta called “Paid Character Customization.” He was reportedly reluctant to deal with the question at first, but then went on to confirm that Blizzard is working on paid customization, but has no firm plans at present. read more
